Gibberish was first practiced hundreds of years ago by a Sufi mystic named Jabbar. (The word “gibberish” is derived from his name.) Jabbar
never spoke any language, he just uttered nonsense. Still he still had thousands of disciples because what he was saying was: your mind is
nothing but gibberish. Put it aside and you will have a taste of your own being. Use gibberish and go consciously crazy. Go crazy with absolute awareness so that you become the center of the cyclone. Simply allow whatever comes, without bothering whether it is meaningful or reasonable. Just throw out all mind garbage and create the space in which the Buddha appears. Our mind was created to think, to process it in an active mechanism that cannot be stopped.
