ThetaHealing is a spiritual, physical and emotional healing technique conducted while you and the practitioner are in a theta brainwave state. In this state you are awake but fully relaxed, similar to a meditation state.
Experiencing a session with Sitara while you’re in this theta wave state enables you to access, and release limiting beliefs, painful feelings, and physical discomfort stored in the body and the subconscious.
We begin by going into a meditative theta state which automatically puts you into a theta state. Once we are in this state (where our brainwaves are slower than when we’re fully awake), we ask questions to identify the beliefs that need to be change and the subconscious program contributing to it. By understanding the subconscious beliefs that drive your life and replacing them with new ones that are more supportive of the life you want to live. We do this by an intuitive energetic work, with your permission and allowance we will download new codes from the divine source.
A lot of work can be covered in a short amount of time with ThetaHealing®. The amount of sessions needed will vary from person to person on what they want to accomplish. Many times clients will experience a shift within one session, however sometimes the belief systems around the issue are more complex and need deeper belief work done over a few sessions to achieve their desired change.

Prepare a list with 5 things you will like to release, be specific with these things. This is a guideline on how to structure the session. Once that we are working within the source other things might show up but it will help us within a direction. Example of things you might want to release. A strong pain in a part of my body and we don’t know what or where it comes from” , “ A resentment towards my partner” “ fighting with someone specific” “ Lack of money” If you want to be more accurate you can ask yourself "if I could change anything in my life, what would it be?”

Its important to be fully hydrated. Our body its mostly water and this holds memory .. we want the new codes to be accepted totally within your body and we might need to do muscle testing to a deeper belief that you are holding to.
Once you have book your session you will receive a private link with a password. We will meet at the schedule time virtually though this link. This is a Zoom password you don’t need to have an account although sometimes it might ask you to download.
After our session you will need some time to integrate everything you experience. Be gentle and kind to yourself. Keep drinking water and stay hydrated.You may feel a shift, or you may not feel anything in particular during or right after your session. Your energy will have changed, but whether you feel or retain this depends on several things. For example, you must know how to know and what it feels like when something subtle or not so subtle changes in you.
